Ingredients

Snickerdoodle Smoothie

  • 1 large banana, frozen
  • ¼ cup canned chickpeas (40 g), drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup soy milk (240 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 dates, pitted

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust to taste preferences and add more liquid if preferred.
  2. Enjoy immediately!

Notes

  • Add some vanilla extract or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
  • To make this smoothie heartier, add some rolled oats!
